About Me

I am an Analytics Consultant who specialises in customer analytics for corporate companies. I have worked on projects for companies like Pfizer, MSD, Novartis, Proctor & Gamble, Nestle, Goodman & Fielder, etc. I am looking for work opportunities as a customer insights specialist.

I have a strong analytics background and have worked as a Statistics lecturer for 12 years, a Biostatistician at the National Health Medical research Council (NHMRC) Clinical Trials Centre at the University of Sydne for 3 years, an Advanced Analytic Statistician at Synovate Aztec for 4 years and a Quantitative Methods manager at Cegedim Strategic Data (CSD) for 1.5 years.

My experience extends from strong data analytics to beginning to end client facing project management in marketing and customer analytics.I have helped clients:
  • Identify their customer's needs and desires
  • Understand what is important to their customers
  • Understand the key drivers of sales
  • Understand their strengths, opportunities and minimum product/service attribute requirements

  • Profile their customers
  • Identify their most attractive/profitable target segments

  • Determine a suitable marketing plan for each target segment

  • Increase their return on Investment

I would now like to focus on customer analytics and am looking for job opportunities in data mining projects, customer analytic projects and predictive analytics projects.
